The rules are simple. The Sweetheart that has the most money donated by the deadline of 7:00 pm on Sunday, September 1, 2024 will win. The proceeds from this award are split 50/50 between the winner and the Hoopeston Jaycees Toys for Kids/Birthday Club program. This program provides Christmas and birthday gifts to low income families in the Hoopeston Area school district.
