Festival Book
Each year the National Sweetcorn Festival publishes a book to document the activities of the National Sweetcorn Festival and the National Sweetheart Pageant. These books are distributed throughout the community and are free of charge. An additional volume of the book is published specifically for the National Sweetheart Pageant and acts as a program guide for the pageant.
In order to keep the festival version of the book free, we sell advertisements throughout the book. You can purchase an ad for any occasion. It could be for a business, an announcement, or even a memorium. These advertisements can be full page ($200) or half page ads ($150). You can furnish your own ad or we can create one for you for an additional $25. Below are some examples of ads from previous books.

If you know anyone who would like to purchase an ad in our festival book, all artwork and online fees must be submitted by August 6, 2023.

Your ad submission can be adjusted by our publisher to fit the size purchased. Our festival book measures roughly 8.5"x11".You may submit black and white or color however all photos in our program book will be printed in black and white.
We accept the following formats: PDF, DOC, JPG, or PNG.
If you need an ad designed for you, our graphics department can do that for you for $25. If you would like this service, please email info@hoopestonjaycees.org with your request and we will send you instructions.
